Employers

We specialize in finding outstanding passive candidates that fit our client’s needs. The search process on the client side begins with an intake meeting to obtain detailed information on the search assignment, including but not limited to, the following: 

  • Position description 
  • Detailed understanding of the requirements  
  • Reason for the open position
  • Immediate and longer-term expectations 
  • Interview process
  • Compensation, benefits, and relocation

Once we have complete information on the assignment it is our job to sell the opportunity to prospective candidates. Potential candidates are identified, interviewed, and qualified based on requirements and relocation considerations. After the candidate agrees that a specific position is of interest, a presentation and accompanying resume are provided to the client. We will assist in arranging interviews, providing follow-up, negotiation of offers as requested, and follow through to start. 

Candidates

We spend time speaking with potential candidates to understand their experience, goals, motivation, and other considerations in making a career transition. We provide details of appropriate available opportunities including the job description, company, and location. A professional presentation is then created for the candidate and submitted with the resume to the client company. This process includes interview preparation and debriefing for the candidate before and after each interview. Feedback is provided to candidates as well as support up to and including an offer and smooth transition to start their new opportunity.   

Through the years, our detailed presentation and preparation process have been complimented and appreciated by many candidates. Our goal is to provide candidates with a good recruiter experience so that they want to reach out again as a candidate, future client, or to refer a colleague.
